	Chad Luxenburg Chad has many years of practical and management experience in Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety, Lean Manufacturing, ISO 9001 and Purchasing. Chad has successfully consulted and trained in both the United States and Europe for companies such as Textron, Lesco, Jacobsen, G&S Titanium, Ransomes Bobcat, Cushman, Steiner, David Brown, Wayne-Dalton, and more.

	Joachim (‘Joe’) Stempfle Joe has done sophisticated scientific work on personnel assessment and selection, teams and team leadership and is a long experienced trainer and consultant. Joachim has successfully consulted and trained in Europe for companies such as Roche, IBM, Olympus, Thomas Cook AG, and more. Joachim aggressively monitors the integration of scientific theory and organizational practice.

	Oliver (‘Oli’) Huebner Oli is an experienced software developer, consultant and trainer. Oliver has worked for companies such as IBM, Thomas Cook, Roche, and more. Oliver is well known for excellence in software design. Oliver has received his degree in psychology and computer sciences at the university of Berlin / Germany.
