Chad Luxenburg
Chad has 17 years experience in
Organizational Development, Consulting, and Training. He began his professional career
in 1993 as Director of Organizational Development. Among other functions, he was
in charge of leadership development, succession planning and training programs. Chad was entrusted with
facilitating trainings in Europe and throughout the US.
In 2000, Chad expanded his management competencies by accepting the position as Human Resources Director. During this time, he developed company-wide training programs, executed
performance-based evaluations, developed recruiting and exit interview processes, and was responsible for
the management of employee relations.
Chad enhanced his employee development competencies by counseling managers and
supervisors. In addition, he was responsible for all internal and external training programs, and the development
and implementation of a development program for the Leadership Development team.
In 2005 Chad became Managing Director and Senior Consultant of scitrain, ltd. Chad has conceptualized
and implemented leadership development programs and trainings, competency models and performance review
systems. Chad is an experienced trainer and facilitator and has facilitated Assessment and Development Centers
in the US and Europe.
Chad is a member of the Society of Human Resource Managers as well as the American Manufacturing
Engineering Society. Chad earned his Bachelor's Degree in Arts majoring in Rhetoric and Communication from
Kent State University. He graduated as Master of Arts majoring in Organizational Behavior from the University
of Akron.

Joachim ('Joe') Stempfle Ph.D.
Joe has 17 years experience as a Trainer and Consultant. Joachim has successfully consulted and trained in Europe for companies
such as Roche, IBM, Olympus, Thomas Cook AG, and more. Joe began his career in psychology working as a freelance trainer and consultant for several companies. As a
freelancer, Joe conducted numerous projects in the fields of personnel selection as well as Human Resources
Development for global companies such as IBM or Siemens. During this time Joe was also employed at
the University of Bamberg, conducting scientific research and teaching university classes. In 2002, Joachim Stempfle and
Oliver Huebner incorporated atrain GmbH in Bamberg, Germany, offering high-quality services in the field of
Human Resources and Leadership Development. As the Principal of atrain Joe is the head of research and development of new products.
Accomplishments in this role include the design of various computer-simulated business games, the development and validation
of the atrain Hiring Platform, the design and implementation of numerous Assessment Centers, and the various tools for
evaluation of data from diagnostic instruments. In his role as a consultant, Joachim focuses on the architecture
of strategic leadership development programs. He has designed integrated global development programs, customized
competency models, performance management systems, and numerous Assessment/Development Centers. Joe
has designed and delivered trainings on a wide range of topics and facilitated numerous focus groups for a wide range of
teams, including international executive teams.
Joe graduated with a diploma in psychology from the University of Bamberg. Joe is the author of several
scientific papers published in German as well as international scientific journals. Joe is a member of
the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Psychologie.

Tim Carey
Tim has 15 years experience in training, coaching
and consulting in North America, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. He has worked with both
multinational corporations and small-medium enterprises taking on both leadership and operational
roles. Prior to his role as a trainer and coach, Tim worked as a consultant specializing in
assessment and development. Now he works with teams and individuals in Greater China helping
them communicate better to deliver improved business results. He also lectures in the Department
of Psychology of Chinese University of Hong Kong for both undergraduate and MPhil programs.
In 2008, he became Principal of atrain ltd., the Hong Kong branch of atrain. In this position,
he oversees the operations of atrain in Greater China and Asia Pacific region. In his role as
Principal and Senior Consultant, he is responsible for the design and delivery of integrated
development programs and training concepts, development centers, and numerous training programs. |
