What is the difference between Scitrain's LPC and the traditional Assessment Centers?

Scitrain's LPC represents a new dimension in Assessment Centers. Traditional Assessment Centers use the same type of simulations that were used 30 years ago - inbasket exercises, role plays, and group discussions. The world has changed considerably over the last 30 years and so have the demands that face leaders today. Scitrain has identified these changes and implemented a tool that can keep up with the changing world.

How is Scitrain keeping up with the changes that leaders face today?

Scitrain's LPC takes all of these changes into account, taking the Assessment Center to a whole new level. It is a dynamic simulation of a complex business environment. What makes it dynamic is that, the decisions participants make have real consequences. Participants receive feedback on the effects of their decisions. It is more comprehensive because not only are social demands simulated, but demands in the area of strategic thinking, problem solving, business savvy, etc., are simulated as well.

What is the LPC used for?

Scitrain's LPC is highly innovative and has been proven to be highly effective for assessing the strengths and weaknesses of participants based on the client's competency model. The LPC is used as a "benchmarking" tool for client's overall Organizational Development Program and gives a clear roadmap to both the client and the participant for future development.
