What the AHS can do for you

Collect applications online: Direct online applications from your homepage or from job portals to the Advanced Hiring System. Applicants will be invited to fill out an online questionnaire by the system - no action from you is required.

Search for qualified applicants online: The AHS can automatically search for qualified applicants on job-search engines like monster.com. Applicants with fitting profiles automatically receive an invitation via e-mail to fill out the AHS questionnaire.

Manually invite applicants to fill out an online questionnaire: Send written or e-mail invitations to applicants asking them to complete a questionnaire online.

Manage applicants: Add, edit, delete, sort, or select applicants according to customizable criteria.

Track applicants: Follow up with applicants, prompt hiring representatives or applicants at specified time intervals or depending on specific trigger events via e-mail.

Obtain detailed applicant profiles: Receive detailed reports on an applicant’s biography, personality, competencies, interests, and motivation based on information assessed through the online questionnaire,

Obtain hiring recommendations: Based on a match between the job requirements and the predictors assessed, the system will automatically create a hiring recommendation for each applicant.

Rank applicants instantly: All applicants applying for an open job will automatically be ranked with regard to their suitability for the job. Whenever you receive a new application, the ranking list is instantly updated.

Print customized reports (PDF): Print detailed and concise reports on individual applicants or groups of applicants. The layout of the reports can be flexibly adjusted to meet your preferences. Text elements, graphs, bar charts or tables can be combined in various ways.

Create a customized interview guide: With a click of the mouse, the system will create a customized interview guide for each applicant to be used as a basis for conducting a structured interview. The interview guide draws on the information assessed in the questionnaire. It contains specific recommendations on the domains that should be touched on in the interview. Furthermore, recommended questions and details on how to score answers to these questions are provided.

Obtain background checks: With a click of the mouse, the system will prompt a background check agent of your choice to conduct a manual background check on an applicant. You can use one of our cooperation partners or your own preferred background check agent. The background check agent will electronically receive all relevant information on the applicant. Once having conducted the background check, the agent will upload the results of the background through our web interface. Results will instantly be transferred to the Advanced Hiring System on your desk.

E-mail reports: Reports can be sent to applicants, managers, or supervisors electronically.

Transfer applicant data to the Scitrain Assessment Center Evaluator (SACE) or the Scitrain Interview Creator (SIC): Applicant data can automatically be exported to various tools used for recording data obtained in the course of Assessment Centers or hiring interviews. All necessary data (like name, AHS-scores, comments, etc.) is transferred to the evaluator with the click of a mouse button and can be taken to onsite or offsite ACs or hiring interviews.

Export data in various formats: Data can be exported in many commonly used formats, such as Text, Microsoft Excel, PDF, etc.
Create job profiles instantly: Using our easy-to-handle questionnaire creation tool, you can create a job profile for a new job instantly. This job profile can contain cutoff criteria such as college degree, professional experience, etc., as well as personality traits, competencies, interests, and motivation. The system provides templates for many common jobs. In addition, customized job profiles can be created easily. Once you have created a job profile, the system automatically creates a customized online questionnaire assessing the predictors you have specified in the job profile.
