Using the PQO for personnel selectionIf the PQO is used for personnel selection, a customized PQO tailored to the target position is employed. This customized PQO is based on a job profile. A job profile is a model of the traits, competencies, motivation, and interests required for the target position. Pre-defined job profiles are available for the most common jobs.
