The Personality Questionnaire Online is a flexible online questionnaire for comprehensively assessing

• Personality traits,
• Interpersonal competencies,
• Motivation,
• Interests.

In total, 39 scales can be assessed through the PQO. However, only a subset of the scales is administered when hiring for a specific job.

Because various target positions differ in their requirements, the PQO is designed in a modular way – the scales of the PQO can be combined in various ways depending on the job profile to be hired for.

The scales of the PQO have been carefully designed taking into account decades of scientific research on personality and professional performance. Only such personality indicators that have proven to be related to professional performance are included in the PQO, redundancies are avoided. Due to its comprehensive nature, the PQO covers the demands of any job.

In multiple studies with large samples conducted in various cultural environments, the PQO has been normed for different populations such as high school students, college students, and professionals in various jobs. The norms of the PQO are continuously updated as new data is gathered. The PQO is available in multiple languages.
