Continuous ImprovementThe Advanced Hiring System allows for the automated collection of performance criteria such as supervisor ratings, attendance, accident rates, etc. Based on these performance criteria, the predictive power of the AHS will continuously improve. The AHS is a learning system – its predictive power will increase steadily. How does it work?Data collected from applicants during the hiring process is compared to performance indicators such as supervisor ratings, sales figures, attendance, accident rates, etc. collected from those applicants who have been hired. Periodic collection of performance indicators can be fully automated through the AHS. The Advanced Hiring System includes an online performance review.
A recurring performance review is included in the software and can be conducted online. The system will prompt you at fixed time intervals to evaluate the performance of your new hires. You can specify who should evaluate the performance of a specific employee. This supervisor will receive automatic prompts via e-mail to conduct the evaluation online. The system will follow up on the evaluations automatically and can connect to the supervisors’ calendars. The results of the evaluation are automatically fed into the software for continuous improvement Ongoing adjustment of the AHS predictorsQuestions and scales of the AHS-modules employed are weighted according to their predictive power concerning the various criteria for job success. Over time, the AHS will get better and better at differentiating between a good hire and a bad hire for your company. In order to correlate the predictors used in the AHS with job success and for continuously optimizing the job profiles, the Scitrain Evaluation & Optimization Tools * are employed. These tools combine statistical procedures such as correlation and regression analysis, factor analysis, or cluster analysis with procedures developed in information technology such as neural networks or genetic algorithms. |
