Automated Evaluation

The Scitrain Application Manager collects all incoming BQO-forms automatically and evaluates them immediately.

BQO scores are calculated in a fully automated manner in real-time. An overall hiring recommendation based on the person-job-fit tells you about the hiring potential of each applicant. Based on the match between an applicant's profile and the requirements of the target position, the applicant is ranked on the ranking list of all applicants. The ranking list is constantly updated as new applications arrive.
Tabular reports or individual questionnaires can be printed at any time.

A detailed standardized resume can be printed for each applicant, providing an excellent basis for a subsequent hiring interview.
