Scitrain Application Manager (SAM)
The Scitrain Application Manager (SAM) is an easy-to-handle solution for applicant management, which perfectly blends in with your web presence and your existing HR software. Applicants applying online through your homepage or a job-search engine are automatically redirected to the Scitrain Applicant Manager. If applicants apply the traditional way, they can be added to the Scitrain Applicant Manager manually. The Scitrain Applicant Manager offers numerous functions for applicant management, such as grouping of and searching for applicants by means of user friendly search screens and manifold adaptable search criteria, automatic printing of invitations or letters of refusal, planning and scheduling of interviews, etc.
Biographical Questionnaire Online (BQO)
The Biographical Questionnaire Online (BQO) is a standardized resume capturing an applicant’s activities in various spheres of life, such as professional experience, education, or leisure time activities. Science has revealed that an applicant’s biography contains valid information with regard to his or her suitability for a job. The biographic indicators assessed through the BQO are weighted and combined so that an optimum prediction with regard to the vacant position results.
Personality Questionnaire Online (PQO)
The Personality Questionnaire Online (PQO) is a scientifically evaluated questionnaire, which comprehensively assesses job-relevant personality traits, competencies, interests, and the motivation of an applicant. The Scitrain Personality Inventory is constructed as a set of independent modules and scales. The modules and scales of the PQO can be combined in various ways, depending on the job you wish to hire for. Using our pre-defined job profiles, you have a customized questionnaire for almost any target position ready at your disposal.
Scitrain Evaluation & Optimization Tools (SEOT)
In order to optimize the quality of the hiring process, hiring decisions should be evaluated systematically. Scientific evaluations of the hiring process used to be time-consuming and costly. With the Scitrain Evaluation & Optimization Tools we have created a powerful set of tools that reduces the time, effort, and expertise needed to evaluate the hiring process to a minimum. The Scitrain Evaluation & Optimization Tools allow for the systematic and automated collection of performance indicators such as supervisor ratings, attendance indicators, or employee exits. In addition, statistical and mathematical methods needed for analyzing large data sets are included in the software – a complete scientific evaluation of your hiring process thus takes no more than a couple of mouse clicks.
